    Actually there is not just one temple over here. Other than Ravalnath, there is group of small and large 18 temples in this walled area, including Bhadrakali aai, Sateri Devi, Vetoba,... The problem is Tendoli is still the most neglected and underdeveloped region of the Sindhudurg district !!!

    This is Ancient Temple, nowadays renovated, the deity is Dev Purushottam, Purushottam is Mool Purush of Dhananjay Gotri Tendolkar's. He was Brahmachari. Purushottam is not Lord Vishnu here but a true devotee of Lord Shiva, he is worshipped here in a form of Stone. Besides this Purushottam is his disciple Shivdas. Shivdas was landlord of this area in ancient times, he was true devotee of Lord Shiva and Purushottam.
